Train safely

Varyd gives general training workouts, not medical advice. High-intensity training carries a risk of injury. Check with a doctor before you start, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are returning from injury. Scale any workout to what you can do safely, use equipment correctly, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 to create an account.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Choose a display name that isn't offensive, misleading or someone else's. We may change names that break this.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app's settings or on varyd.app.

Fair play

Leaderboards only work if results are real. Log what you actually did, at the version and weight you actually used. We may hide or remove results that look implausible, and suspend accounts that fake results, abuse other athletes or try to break or overload the service.

Premium

• Some features need a Premium subscription. Prices and what's included are shown in the app before you buy.
• Subscriptions are sold through the App Store or Google Play and billed by them. They renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. This doesn't affect any rights you have by law.

Your content

The results, notes and workouts you add stay yours. You let us store and process them to run Varyd, and show your display name and ranked results on leaderboards. The app, its workouts, design and brand belong to Varyd; please don't copy or resell them.

The service

We work to keep Varyd available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”: workouts, estimates and scores are guides, and the service may sometimes be unavailable or change. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll give notice before removing something you pay for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for injuries resulting from how you train. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

General

The law of Sweden governs these terms, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws where you live. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you before the change takes effect. Questions: support@varyd.app.
